We've always had our holiday photos done at JCPenney. This is the 4th year in a row that we've had them done at this store. It was awful. The timing was okay. But the photographer was horrible. We're a family of 5...and she just told us to come in and sit. She didn't tell us how to position, or what to do. And after each photo she took, she asked us what we wanted to do.
