I would give zero stars if I could. I brought in my twin 7 month olds for baby photos. I wanted individual pictures and pictures of them together, which I shared in advance. They gave us less than 15 minutes for the photo shoot, during which we did not get ANY good photos. The photographer did not pose the baby/babies or allow any siblings in to the back of the room to help get the babies to smile. I scheduled an appointment to announce my pregnancy and engagement & they cancelled it due to being double booked & stated it was because I didn’t confirm in time. The manager named Sabian was completely unprofessional and refused to let me speak to his manager. I had scheduled this appointment a week prior and they told me on the day of the appointment that it was canceled. My family and I were really looking forward to the shoot..

I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my photoshoot.The majority of the images were half body shots and many of them were repetitive.The shoot felt rushed and I do not feel the session was worth the price I paid for , I expected a more thorough shoot.

Do not go here for newborn photos. We brought our baby in to get some photos before he was too old for newborn ones and the the photographer had no idea what he was doing. He didn't know how to pose or swaddle a newborn for photos and expected us to do it but the whole reason we booked for photos was because we don't know how to either. The photos came out horrible. They are not usable and we were bullied into buying the digital gallery. On top of it they had changed our appointment time with no reason.
