It was a bit difficult to locate, though it was beside Belk. But it was tucked in an angle. You would need to ask for the studio once inside except you have time to lounge around to figure the photo booth.

OK, I get it JCPenney’s around the country are going out of business, however, this has given employees a chance to try to scam people out of whatever dollar or penny they can. The studio apparently created their own $100 minimum on photo packages, regardless of the photo session charge, you HAVE to spend no less than $100, I asked him where this new rule was, they said nowhere actually, it’s just because they’ve been taking budget cuts and management doesn’t care so they have to make up their money somewhere???? so for warn... read more

Appt for 1:15 pm but wasn't called back until 3pm. Grad photos was rushed with no close up cap n gown pics. Poses were not it. Example: graduate sign in front of face or on head. I informed staff I did not like pictures but they didnt care. Waste of money!

Our appointment didn't start until 45 minutes past the scheduled time and I don't have to tell parents how frustrating that is with a toddler. Not pleased with the images. I would have preferred to have been called and told there was a delay and been offered to reschedule instead of ruining our afternoon for very disappointing photos and I do feel like his temperament was better before he had to miss lunch, nap and wait 45 minutes in a hot waiting room and would have been better photos
