I want to share my wonderful experience with JCPenney Portrait. Olivia was beyond courteous and helpful. If I could leave ten stars I would. I arrived early for my nieces 2 birthday photoshoot and was welcomed with a smile and friendly customer service. Olivia made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the way. Studio equipment was left in the background of costly family portraits and included in paid collages. Another photo captured me in mid legs being crossed, so my feet appeared crooked in the image. For over $200, I expected a decent result and professionalism. Although the photographer was sweet, she lacked experience and we waited three hours for the full service to complete.
My siblings and I went with Olivia to get pictures to gift to my mom and we had the best time! She let us do some poses we had seen online as well as suggesting and guiding us through some of her ideas which we ended up loving more than our own! The turn around for the digital album was super fast and I would definitely go here again! Thank you Olivia!
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Today we had a scheduled JCPenney Portraits session at 3:45 PM for my toddler’s baptism photos with his godmothers. After over an hour and a half, we left without a single photo. Yes, my toddler was crying and fussy but he is a toddler. We’ve done Christmas photos with a professional photographer under the same circumstances and still received beautiful pictures.
