This is NOT a professional photo! I was so excited to get pictures made of my granddaughter. I put a lot of time into finding the perfect dress, ordering matching shoes, then bringing her in for a photo shoot. I was so disappointed with the quality of the pictures. None of them were any good. They weren't even centered. This picture was the best one, so I bought it to at least have something to show for all of our efforts, but it's ridiculously bad. Don't waste your time or your money!

Because we were coming from out of town, I talked to photographer two days before confirming our appointment and received daily reminders. But, at the studio we waited 1 1/2 hours with small children, received two promises from store office someone was on their way. Yet, we left with no one showing up and others also waiting for their appointments. A most unreliable business.

Not worth the money or time. We were early and still waited 20 mins after our appt to be seen. Lady wasn’t very informative, like how many pictures or time frame we were allowed. She wasn’t very enthusiastic either, didn’t help with poses, not a fun photo session at all. Some of the pictures taken were blurry, and we got less photos because she also said they were blurry also. For the price I rather buy my own props and do it at home.

We had a great experience today at our photoshoot. Lizette was the most wonderful and supportive photographer we could’ve asked for. My nursing friends and I wanted awkward and silly family photos and she delivered! She was super accommodating to our wants and with our inconveniences of a broken foot! If we come back, we’re definitely asking for Lizette!

I had to walk out with nothing. We waited for over 30 minutes after our appointment for our pictures, I was told I got a call but I checked and there was no voicemail. By the time we started my toddler was starting to get fussy as it was nearing nap time and it was a struggle to get any decent pictures. We felt extremely rushed once starting the pictures though we weren’t the reason for the delay.
