We had a wonderful experience at JCPenney Portraits. Hend was our photographer, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. She had a great eye for poses and made us feel comfortable from the start. What impressed me the most was how she managed to get beautiful poses and genuine smiles from my young daughter, which is not easy, especially during the limited time of a JCPenney photo session. Had the best session with Ethan today. He was very patient and accommodating of my child with special needs. He incorporated my child’s stuffy just like I requested and went above and beyond to stage her with my child in all the poses. He was understanding through a few meltdowns, and had a real knack for transitioning to a different focus and suggested props that made my child smile. It was a wonderful experience!
I decided to book online @7pm not knowing they close at 7. Not sure why they would have that time available. It made me feel bad since I did understand the photographer, Amanda, probably was ready to leave for the day . Other than that she gave us a really good deal and was patient with us and our one year old.
My brother and I booked an appointment to get sibling photos done for our parents for christmas. Our appointment was at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:20, there was a family at the studio taking pictures before us. We stood at the front desk without being acknowledged for 20 minutes. The photographer finally came up and asked if we needed to check in to where I said yes. She said “i’ll get to you.. as soon as i can”. Hend was amazing!! We had so much fun taking photos with her! She did a great job handling our rowdy crew, and smiled and laughed through it all!
