I decided to book online @7pm not knowing they close at 7. Not sure why they would have that time available. It made me feel bad since I did understand the photographer, Amanda, probably was ready to leave for the day . Other than that she gave us a really good deal and was patient with us and our one year old.

My brother and I booked an appointment to get sibling photos done for our parents for christmas. Our appointment was at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:20, there was a family at the studio taking pictures before us. We stood at the front desk without being acknowledged for 20 minutes. The photographer finally came up and asked if we needed to check in to where I said yes. She said “i’ll get to you.. as soon as i can”. Hend was amazing!! We had so much fun taking photos with her! She did a great job handling our rowdy crew, and smiled and laughed through it all!

My experience here was really disappointing. Our session started late, but we were still rushed through it, which didn’t help. On top of that, the photographer wasn’t very patient or friendly. I have three kids, and they’re usually complimented for being well-behaved wherever we go. But this photographer didn’t handle the situation well. I will never again have my son’s pictures taken here! When we got the envelope in the mail we noticed that we got someone else’s pictures. A picture of a child to be exact. That means that someone else has my son’s picture's. That boiled my blood! I called The Fayetteville location and nothing could be done about it.
