I had a great experience with Melanie. She was super friendly and good with a 3 year old.
Wasted of money and time.
Pretty bad experience getting our baby’s first Christmas pictures done. Appointment was for 10:15. Showed up at 10:00. Waited until around 10:30 before I asked when we’d be going in. Was told “oh just 5 min.” My husband had to go and say something to the three photographers gabbing behind the counter after waiting for 40 min with a now screaming baby. Was told “omg oops!!!! I thought your photographer would grab you! She’s not ever here!” What….? One of the photographers behind the counter offered to take our picture. Hello?... read more
waited an hour and a half past our appointment time (spent about 3+ hours in JCpenney) , watched all the employees sit at the desk without a care in the world eating dominos pizza, no direction on posing, and were charged almost $200 for about 20 digital blurry photos. the "manager" Melanie is rude and had no interest in assisting multiple unhappy customers
