Took my 1 and 3 year old grandchildren for pictures today and it will be the last time I use JC Penney studio. The photographer (Terrah) was rude and obviously annoyed that the kids were crying. She did nothing to make them feel comfortable or try to make them smile. She sat on the floor and kept repeating "this is not gonna work", and kept whispering under her breath. Terrible service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Had holiday photos here and Monika was the photographer all in all I felt rushed by her the whole session! I get sessions are only so long but it’s still no excuse to put a sense of urgency on me as I feel it showed in some of the photos. I feel like my photos were just OKAY as even some of the poses she made us do just didn’t look right.
