So Zoey is hanging up on people because she was caught in a lie. Trying to reschedule appointments because she wanted to leave early. SMH

Do not use it. Shutterfly does not allow me to reset the account password to receive my photos, blaming engineering issues. This has been the worst user experience I have ever had. I ultimately lost $100.68.

We did awkward family photos. They turned out AMAZING! The photographer was amazing, making everything smooth and helped plan around life’s problems! She did incredible. Would book again immediately

So I had my daughter come here for Christmas pictures. That experience was fine. No issues. Loved how the pictures turned out! But At check out I questioned the total because it seemed high. He said that’s your session fee and taxes. I should’ve had him show me but I blindly took his answer. Went home and saw my emailed receipt. I was charged for 2 sessions fees when it should’ve been one. Called up there and Justin was who I talked to was very respectful and kind but he said they were super busy and his manager wasn’t avail... read more
