We had Candra today and she was amazing! She was the only one there with no help. She still took her time and we didn't feel rushed. She apologized numerous times for the wait which was simply not her fault. She didn't just tell our 5 year old how to pose, she got down on the ground and actually helped her, fixed her dress, talked to her on her level. She was extremely personable. The photos turned out beautiful! Highly recommend Candra for your pictures at JCP! Thanks Candra!
Probably the worst photo experience Ive ever had. The photographer, Morgan, was so rude and rushed me the entire time. I got 5 total VERY FAST photos before her asking what I wanted to purchase. It was not made clear that I had to pick and pay for photos there / and she was very rude when I stated that I thought May was free photo month. I wanted to go home and look at my pictures before I bought them and of course, nobody told me we couldnt do that. She just said that I could leave if I didnt want any. Photographer was great, but ladies at the front desk were extremely rude to my family. One in particular was cussing & complaining very non discreetly about us, in front of children. The reason - we touched one of their computers, because the photographer told us we could go look at our photos. It was an honest mistake (we didn’t know an employee needed to man the computer for us - we saw others looking at their photos and thought we could do the same), and we were met with yelling & profanities over their lack of communicat... read more
Update: JCP reached out to us today and they are taking care of our issues. They ended up filing docs and will be giving us a refund, after they viewed our photos and agree that the experience we had was not acceptable to their standards, even if they are busy! I am now so beyond impressed with their efforts to make everything right. They were extremely professional about it and understand that we come to them every year, a few times a year, and WILL now keep coming back after making things right for us. Thank you JCP!
