I did not receive the physical photos despite paying $107 on October 12th, 2025. Upon checking the tracking, I found that UPS never received the package. After contacting customer support they advised me to contact the location - only if they would answer. This experience was extremely disappointing. The photographer demonstrated a lack of professionalism and, notably, poor hygiene.

Overpriced for the picture quality as well as a delay on my overpriced pictures! Don’t bother wasting your money

We had a session for our son today with Tarah and my 20 month old did amazing. He smiled perfectly and followed all of the directions. He was literally the perfect model. The photographer was in slow motion and just kept missing all of the moments. When we reviewed the photos together I was so disappointed to find she barely got 2 good photos. Highly upset with the professionalism and all around treatment received. Took my girls in for holiday photos, we get there, the one girl looks at us and says “are you the 3:45?” I said “no 5:15” she proceeded to slam her hand down and says “how is it 5 already, we’re not gonna get an F$&king break”.
