They will not response , blow you up and won’t allow you to cancel appointment then charge your card . I will be disputing

Had an appointment at 3pm, showed up 2:45. Left at 3:45pm, nobody showed up. They called to confirm yesterday and made us drive all this way with a toddler to have no one here. Super unprofessional.

Just the plain worse! I got photos on Thursday 2/22/24 they said oh it'll be In your email in 24-48 hours...nothing came I called again on the weekend she said oh ill resend it but I can't verify your email outloud bc I'm in the camera room ..but I got it!! umm then why haven't I received them if you got it....then I called back Wednesday almost a week later 2/28/24 @ 12PM.....and she said still no?? well you'll have to call costumer services here's the number 800-59SMILE I said can you just give me the number "I'm sorry I c... read more

Shout out to Nichelle (who I found out when I went back into the store is the GM) for all you help. I know you are a busy lady, I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to help my nephew and I out. You have no idea the difference you made. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the 2nd ladies name that helped us when we went back into the store at 8pm, (she was closing out a register) but Thank you also.
