I had a delightful experience at this studio. I really want to shout out Sarah and Gerardo for their patience and understanding. I scheduled a photo shoot at 5 pm with my family however, due to circumstances outside of my control (aka a train stuck on the track...not moving at all), I ended up missing my scheduled appointment. They will not response , blow you up and won’t allow you to cancel appointment then charge your card . I will be disputing
Had an appointment at 3pm, showed up 2:45. Left at 3:45pm, nobody showed up. They called to confirm yesterday and made us drive all this way with a toddler to have no one here. Super unprofessional.
Just the plain worse!
