I regret trusting JC Penny with my portraits. After the photo session, there weren’t any quality photos to chose from. Its very amateur photography and I was not satisfied with any of my child’s photos. After seeing my dissatisfaction, they didn’t bother to offer a redo session or a session fee refund. Instead, I wasted my entire Saturday and left empty handed with not one photo.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I made two appointments—one for 11:30 a.m. and another for 11:45 a.m. I even received a confirmation call verifying both appointments. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been changed to 12:00 p.m. without anyone calling, texting, or asking me if the new time would work. I was told Lupita made the change. I had an appointment this afternoon at 1:15 PM, where I encountered a female employee and a male photographer. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were informed that we would be called in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. However, after receiving a message to proceed, we found that the female employee had left, and we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes with only one photographer available, who struggled to manage multiple tasks. Took pictures in November me and my dachshund. Gerardo is excellent and so kind. My boy was shy at the beginning but then liked Gerardo at the end
It's very hard to capture a moment and get a great shot. For years I've tried to get a headshot and body shot to get work on set. Central Casting kept rejecting my photos. In fact as of this post they are still in review. But this portraits location is amazing.
