I had an appointment this afternoon at 1:15 PM, where I encountered a female employee and a male photographer. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were informed that we would be called in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. However, after receiving a message to proceed, we found that the female employee had left, and we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes with only one photographer available, who struggled to manage multiple tasks. Took pictures in November me and my dachshund. Gerardo is excellent and so kind. My boy was shy at the beginning but then liked Gerardo at the end

It's very hard to capture a moment and get a great shot. For years I've tried to get a headshot and body shot to get work on set. Central Casting kept rejecting my photos. In fact as of this post they are still in review. But this portraits location is amazing. So let me start by saying I booked and took Christmas photos with my family in November (went great) But today I showed up for my appointment early and was told they were closed for lunch. So I sat some of my things down inside the studio at the front desk and went back to my car to gather my daughter and the rest of my belongings for her shoot. Now I arrived early so I could get her changed and ready in time for my shoot. My shoot time was 3:00pm I got there at 2:40. Because they have a dressing room I figured I would get h... read more
