Amari was great! She was patient, pleasant and worked efficiently. Had me in and out in no time! 11/10 would recommend!
The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming!
My experience here wasn’t very positive. I felt the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, this made the visit less enjoyable, so I wouldn’t choose to return!
Always a great experience. The photographers are always working to get you great deals, the best quality photos and keeping you updated on events.
Had a fantastic children's photoshoot today with Hezekiel! He had a ton of patience dealing with our two kids (both 3 and under!) and he managed to get some amazing shots out of it. I was a bit skeptical coming to have these photos done at JCPenney but honestly, I am very pleased with the quality of photos and how well the shoot played out. We were in and out within an hour and Hezekiel was easy to work with. I would recommend using them for photoshoots like this again!
