Came in last Saturday with my wife and was greeted and welcomed warmly by Rynae super star attitude and very quick to answer our questions then we came across the photographer that took care of us named Cheryl who absolutely transcended the bounds of professional customer service! Had the worst experience on getting my granddaughter her new born pictures taken . They are nothing like the website pictures look. Came and got them retaken and are worse then the first time . They want you to pose yourself , I paid $240 for just digital pictures. So when I pay that much I expect good work done. Please do not go here I would hate for y’all to have a bad experience with your new born just like my son and his girlfriend did .
Went in for photos of my new born… these people hate their jobs. They were not friendly at all. They walk us into the photo room and the blonde lady (I think she’s the manager) just stands there with the camera like we’re supposed to know how to pose our first new born. After standing there like an idiot she finally offers some props. The shoot was hectic and very rushed. Unfriendly woman rushes you through a VERY short photo shoot then presents extremely overpriced packages which you eventually get in the mail and see that it’s crap. Absolutely go elsewhere for better treatment and quality. JCP used to mean something; clearly they’ve given up.
Online it says they are open 10am to 7pm Friday, when we show up the store is closed and we waited for 20 min to see if maybe they were at their lunch but nothing. Never answers the phone either. Very unprofessional I don’t know how they expect to make money this way horrible
