My siblings and I went to take photos for my parents Christmas present and had the BEST experience. We had a really fun time and the staff was so nice, supportive and helpful. If you need photos taken this team is the place to go. We cant wait to come back to take more.

Horrible experience here, had two sessions booked and they cancelled one without sending a notification. Then we get there for a 6pm appointment and didn’t take pictures until 8pm with two kids and it felt very rushed..Waited an extra hour to checkout as they only had one person running the front office. This place is overbooked, overpriced and understaffed. I should’ve read the reviews….

Made an appointment weeks in advance but when we show up they tell us they can't do our photoshoot because they're behind. We did everything we were supposed to do but refused service. It takes a lot of effort to organize everyone's schedules so that we could make that appointment. Very disappointing, don't waste your time with this location.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience, JCPenney ought to be ashamed of their extremely poor customer service. They acknowledged that they triple booked slots, even called a day ahead to notify us that our appointment would be pushed at least an hour. When we arrive before the new time they tell us that you have to check in at least 5 minutes within the original check-in despite acknowledging that they still won't see you. Natalie was so great! She gave my boyfriend, cat, and I great posing directions and was so friendly. We felt very comfortable the entire session and got amazing photos. Cheryl was very nice as well and made the checkout process smooth. Thank you!
