WOW, JCPenney Portraits at Northeast Mall has the best staff and are so much fun to work with. My brother Mitch had to get professional photos in a pink tutu due to ending up in last place in our fantasy football league. We had heard great things about the manager Cheryl and she was absolutely amazing! Todd was an excellent photographer with a real knack for helping you relax & feel comfortable in front of the camera. He guided you through poses naturally, which made the whole experience feel easy & inspiring while capturing the best moments. His professional headshots are something you're proud to have. The other two women photographers were also welcoming & helpful, creating a positive atmosphere from start to finish. The entire team made the session enjoyable, & the final photos turned out amazing. Highly recommend!!!
natalie was absolutely amazing, very professional and attentive giving great instructions on how to pose and etc. i highly recommend this location i would definitely call and try and get in with natalie! 10/10 no complaints whatsoever
