We had a nice experience yesterday (Valentine’s Day) when we brought in our 9 month old baby for her first professional pictures! Rob was our photographer and he was great with engaging baby and not scaring her. He can do a pretty awesome Donald Duck voice too!!! Thank you Rob for helping us make memories to share with family. We came in at the end of what looked like a busy day, and we still treated great & not rushed. Give Rob an atta boy he’s good at what he does!!
Worst experience. This was our first and last time going. Our photographer Jaclyn was unprofessional and rude. She wanted us to come up with the poses, and ideas. She also had no patients working with a toddler and a baby. Then she tried to rush us, after we didn’t get seen 45 minutes after our scheduled time. When the “photoshoot” was done. Our amazing photographer, Rob, helped our vision come to life perfectly during our session! We wanted to get some sibling portraits done for our mom’s birthday, and Rob’s direction was amazing. Session was quick, easy, and I left feeling incredibly informed about how and where to access my photos. Big shoutout to Rob!
FYI-originally purchased a Groupon that came with a studio session for me and my two dogs, a high resolution digital image of 1 pose, and an 10x20 photo canvas. Photographer ended up taking 50+ pictures but you only get to pick one pose/pic for your digital image and photo canvas. They have an option to upgrade the package and instead of one high resolution digital image. They will add all photos taken and place them into a high resolution digital album. Out of every photographer or studio I have been to, this was the most disappointing. Not only was the staff very very lacking in knowledge and sounded unconfident in their answers, but when it came to directing poses it was terrible. My husband and I were judged and mistreated by the photographer after hearing that we were married. She looked at us oddly and referred to us as “them” or “it” even though the both of us have names.
