I was very disappointed with our experience at JCPenney Photo Studio. The session was extremely overpriced for the quality and variety of photos we received. We were charged for an extended session for our baby, yet it took about 10 minutes just to set up in a way that would safely support my baby. There were little to no props or items available to help sit or position my baby, which made the session feel very limited. Tyler is absolutely amazing, especially good with cats!
Absolutely amazing! Got a coupon and went in for school pictures, was only going to buy 2 sheets one 8x10 and a sheet of wallets. but Tyler (our photographer) did such a great job we couldn't choose and walked out with more. He wasn't high pressure, he just let his pictures speak for them selves. If you’re thinking about photos here - DO IT. I was trying to think of something creative for my sisters 40th birthday, and we always share Instagram reels of those awkward photo shoots.. so naturally I had to book an appointment. The process is easy, everything’s done online. I think it was 33$ maybe to book? We brought our son to jcp for first communion pictures. He wore one suit and we brought no props. We had a great experience with our photographer, Marcia. She was creative with the poses and even had a pair of rosary beads with her that we were able to borrow for pictures. The pictures turned out fantastic. I gave it four stars because I scheduled for 11:15am. I was called two days before asking to push the appointment time back to 11:45. Ok great thanks for the call.
