We brought our son to jcp for first communion pictures. He wore one suit and we brought no props. We had a great experience with our photographer, Marcia. She was creative with the poses and even had a pair of rosary beads with her that we were able to borrow for pictures. The pictures turned out fantastic. I gave it four stars because I scheduled for 11:15am. I was called two days before asking to push the appointment time back to 11:45. Ok great thanks for the call. Let me start off by saying Tyler was a great guy and this is not Anything to do with the photographer who did my pictures. But for the business I strongly advise against coming here for any photography services. I had an appointment at 10 AM, but no one showed up. Marcia and David are true professionals. I have gone to them for many years every single year getting so many treasured memories. Theu are incredibly prpfessional and truly caring. They have also provided bsuiness headshots for our business. And Lifetouch/ JCP Portraits gives you the rights to photos in q shutterfly digital album .

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. We had an appointment at 4:45 for just some recreation photos. We were running behind and were gonna be there at 5, called ahead and let them know. They said they were also behind and we would probably have to wait “about 30 minutes” We get there at 5, check in, and go walk around the mall. At 6:12 they finally called to tell us “we will be ready in 10 minutes”. We rush back over to the portrait studio and let them know we are there. They tell us to hang out for a little bit.
