Disappointed. Felt rushed , she just was ready to clock out and just taking pictures instead of making sure it was a shot to be captured. In a couple shots my child blinked, in the pose with his hands resting on his chin while laying down , he’s squishing half his face so one eye is nearly shut . As a professional why not say something to correct what could ruin a good photo? before you just take the picture knowing it’s a bad shot. I only liked 3 of the 57 photos. Aryella is the reason to come here. She is the sweetest person ever just to start. But her professionalism and ability to handle high energy kids was amazing and so appreciated. She kept my kid focused while also being kind and entertaining to him. She offered a variety of photos. I originally had a Groupon that only gave me 3 pictures. Aryella was our photographer and she was amazing! She is truly passionate about what she does and is dedicated to getting to that perfect picture! Would recommend her to anyone!

Made an appointment for 6pm. Was told to arrive on time or appointment would be forfeited. Arrived about 15 minutes early and was told to come back at 6 to check in. Came back at 6, and was told it was an hour wait. At 7:30, I asked how much longer the wait would be because I needed to feed my 1yo and 4yo, and didn't think I'd be waiting this long before getting them dinner.
