Great experience with Kiara! She was patient, and worked really well with us trying to get our 6 month old and 3 yr old to take pictures! We couldn’t just choose one picture, so of course we got them all! THANK YOU!
For starters, my son Noah is genetically enhanced with Down syndrome and Autism. He is non-verbal, and getting photos—especially good ones—is not always easy. I booked a shoot last month because Lifetouch did such an awful job with my son’s school pictures, and I’m so glad I did. The photographer, Caressa, was absolutely amazing. Zero stars for customer service made an appointment at 1:45pm for a toddler they skip us three times like we were invisible. Called us at 3:40pm after skipping us and kept telling me I was next. We have been going there every year and that has never happen. Looks like all new terrible staff! They ignored me and my daughter only time I was told anything is when I asked. We made our appointment at 10:30 am. We made it to the studio at 10:20, and as more families came 10-15 minutes after us, those families took priority. 11:30 am came around and we still have not been seen. A family with dogs came in at 11, and were taken in, again before us. This is incredibly frustrating as we had things to do at 12:30 and it should not take more than an hour to be seen.
Such a wonderful experience having our holiday photos here! They turned out incredible and Kiara was so great and kind!
