Kiara was amazing! We haven't had our pictures taken in a long time and we wanted to get some done as a gift for our parents' anniversary. The process was seamless and she broke the awkward tension to help us feel comfortable and even laughing to point it was almost difficult to take the picture. We did a couple serious pictures mixed with some funny ones we saw online, and Kiara was super accommodating when it came to trying other poses as well. We had a great time with Kiara during our session for our 6 month old. She was patient, thorough, kind, and engaging for the full session. After a few starting pictures, and some encouragement, our child connected and was comfortable with her. Thank you Kiara!!! We love our pictures and look forward to another session soon.
We went to get graduation pictures for my granddaughter. Luis assisted us. Luis was extremely helpful and professional. He did an excellent job and provided excellent t customer service .
