I had quite a long journey with my experience at this specific location near the Legends. We did a family photo shoot and purchased a high-priced bundle package. While the photographer did try, unfortunately, many of the photos were poorly framed—cutting off parts of our bodies—because we weren’t given clear instructions on where to stand. I wouldn't come to this location again for pictures. The 3 women working were not that friendly, talking amongst themselves and practically ignoring us. The photographer did not take any unique photos, all same pose, I ordered a few but really disappointed I couldn't get more because the photographer wasn't the greatest. They also did not sanitize their hands at any point....these were newborn pictures she was taking. The waiting chairs were also all tore up. It was just not a great experience. My best friend & I got the trendy “awkward photoshoot” and Luna did an AMAZING job at being attentive, providing suggestions, and being overall an amazing photographer! She made the experience positive and exciting!! Loved her so much that I will be coming back for more!!! <3 Somebody get her a raise immediately!

Gabriel was awesome, he gets 5 stars for his job! Very nice and helpful. In the other hand, the two ladies that are in the front desk are super rude, they didn’t even greeted us upon arrival. Both of them don’t know how to make a customer happy, and they shouldn’t be working for costumer service.

Gabriel was very nice and receptive to us being a little goofy with our picture. We took a decent amount of pictures in a reasonable amount of time. They were delivered earlier than quoted.
