Caitlin was our photographer. When we got there we had to wait 15 minutes even though we had an appointment (understandable things run over). But then once it was our turn it was very rushed she spent only 15 minutes taking photos. We got 16 photos total only 5 of them being somewhat okay. We have a one year old and an 8 year old. Our first time doing studio pictures with JCP portraits at Legends Village West location with my family. Luna and Pashentz was so kind and enthusiastic helping us and directing us for our annual family photos! They helped our baby smile during the photoshoot and they were SO PATIENT with us!!! We are so thankful that they were understanding and the photos turned out so beautiful! Thank you so much Luna and Pashentz!

I had quite a long journey with my experience at this specific location near the Legends. We did a family photo shoot and purchased a high-priced bundle package. While the photographer did try, unfortunately, many of the photos were poorly framed—cutting off parts of our bodies—because we weren’t given clear instructions on where to stand. I wouldn't come to this location again for pictures. The 3 women working were not that friendly, talking amongst themselves and practically ignoring us. The photographer did not take any unique photos, all same pose, I ordered a few but really disappointed I couldn't get more because the photographer wasn't the greatest. They also did not sanitize their hands at any point....these were newborn pictures she was taking. The waiting chairs were also all tore up. It was just not a great experience.
