"I had a disappointing experience at JCPenney Photos. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which made it difficult for my family and me to get the photos we wanted. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't turn out well either. Overall, I was unhappy with the service and quality."

I came in here today (weekday) on a whim for photos of my daughter when I wasn't thrilled with the Santa mall shots. There was no one there, so I was taken right away. There were two staff members (male and female), and they were so friendly and helpful. They worked as a team to get my daughter to smile and react. Very kind people. The people that work there do not get enough credit for their patience and craft. I have been coming here for over a year now and never have I been so disappointed by how unprofessional, rude, sarcastic and just straight up nasty the employees were. They were trying to make up their own policies but would not show me anywhere written. I was being told how to parent my child. There is NO manager on site and NO manager you can speak to when there is a problem. They obviously do not know how to deal with multiple kids in a session.
