Very bad experience. The price was very misleading. It didn’t say anywhere on the website that just getting the photos emailed to me would be $210. My total was $250 and that was the cheapest bundle. Very misleading. The pictures aren’t even that good for this price. I feel like I was mislead.. and taken advantage of. Would highly not recommend. Rather pay a little bit more and get much nicer photos. Also, I didn’t even receive my photos through email after all that. The link didn’t work and now I don’t have any photos. Supe... read more

Terrible experience. We had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm on a Sunday. After we arrived and checked in, I was told that they had four callouts so they were behind. We didn’t get into the studio until an hour after our scheduled time. I would’ve appreciated a courtesy call letting me know they were running behind. When we got into the studio my group of 11 was stuffed into the small studio towards the back. Most of the pictures taken had at least one person‘s head or body cut off. Unfortunately this JCPenny photography studio is grossly unprofessional and pathetic. They messed up downloading the photos, which happens, but then we sat there by ourselves for 30 minutes with no one helping us. Then, we had to go another hour and a half with a new employee while our photographer was hiding in the back. It was a horrible experience and I never recommend this studio. Our photographer, Luke, was awesome! Did an amazing job with the chaos of photographing a family of 4 with 2 dogs. Pictures came out great!

Worst experience! Very unprofessional and lack of communication and time management. My family arrived 15 minutes before our schedule12:15pm slot, and upon check in we were advised there would be a 45 minute wait as they were running behind schedule. After waiting the 45 minutes, at 1pm I go back to the desk to check the status and they told me it would be an additional 30-45 minutes more!
