We’ve used JCPenney Portraits in the Johnson City mall since 2019! Always great results and Heather is always fantastic. Where we’ve been getting portraits for the past 6 years, she of course knows us all by name and is super familiar with our kids by now. From a return customer over and over, I highly recommend!

My family and I went to the Johnson City location and I would have to say that Heather did a great job on our pictures. We showed up without an appointment and she was pretty busy that day and she still fit us in even though she didn't have too. We had a great experience and will be back. Thank you Heather!
Terrible studio. Staff incredibly rude and running 45 minutes late. Props look cheap.
