My family went to get our pictures done and the staff that night were so negative and made the experience less special for us. However, I went back the next day to get my pictures and Mohenie was absolutely amazing. Even with all the people I there she found time to help all of us. She so helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I left fully satisfied with my purchase!

I had an unsatisfactory experience in the studio today. My family of 4 showed up on time for our 12pm appointment. We did not start getting photographed until almost 1pm. A very young girl was handling the camera. She did not tell any of us how to pose, where to stand or what positions we could possibly be in. My daughter (4yo) wasn’t smiling so my husband and I were trying to get her to smile. At no point during the session did any staff member engage with her and try to get her to smile. I went into the studio with a groupon because it was trending on tiktok however when I arrived I was told I have to buy a bundle. I reviewed the photos today on the company site and disappointed at the quality of the shots and the editing. And everything I purchased were unrequested. The digital album is a scam you'll have access to the photos digitally via lifetouch automatically it's just low resolution. Will be going back for a refund tomorrow
