Made an appointment for Christmas photos. Came in 5 minutes late and was told that I couldn't been seen. I should mention that I called ahead of time to notify the staff that I was parking and would be in shortly. One of my children is a Newborn, one of my other children is in town from Germany since she is military and one other has down syndrome so it was a hassle to get everyone up and dressed for photos just to be turned down. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever!

The lady who took our photos was awesome (she was from the North Star location). Unfortunately the rest of our experience was bad. They had called to confirm our appointment the day before and should’ve mentioned they didn’t have the equipment to sell us our photos the same day. Instead AFTER we finished our shoot they said we’ll have to come back another day to purchase. Very inconvenient!!! They claim all our photos will be there, let’s see if that’s the case.

This was my first time using the outdoor photo service. I have used JCP for years in studio and have always been happy. My advice would be to visit the location first it's by pavilion 2. It was clear that they had not trimmed the area. The grass and weeds were long. Also, the sitting fee isn't applied to the session like the disclaimer reads when you pay it.
