Absolutely would not recommend. The customer service is terrible, the quality is even worse, and to top it off, they overcharge you — only to then tell you refunds aren’t an option. I spoke with Bruce, the so-called “District Manager,” who was no help at all. His solution? Offering another session… why would I go through that again when the first experience was such a disappointment? Save your time and money. Extremely disappointed with the pictures. The tall African American man working there did not try his best. I had to ask for a cake stand. He did not pull out any birthday decor for the session. All he did was lay on the floor. I think he was just being lazy. He also misspelled my son’s name. SMH

I was impressed with the Customer Service provided by Brandon W. JC Penny Portraits at Willow-brook Mall service exceeded my expectations from beginning to end! The wait time was not long. He was very pleasant, gentle, kind, and professional. Our green family pictures were quite beautiful !! He was the best! I would recommend asking for Brandon when you do visit! Great job!

Whoever the lady is with the freckles at the front desk of the portraits needs to be let go. We scheduled an appointment for pictures two weeks in a row. We got three confirmation texts with 3 different times... that was the first red flag because clearly they don't have it together. 5:30, 5:45, 6:00 were all texted to us. Even our last weeks appointment was at 6.
