Ryan was our photographer and he was amazing! Very interactive, told us exactly how to pose and made funny faces to help our baby smile! Toni was amazing with helping us figure out what bundle was best for us! Thank you guys!

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at JCPenney Portraits. My family and I arrived 8 minutes late for our appointment and were told we had to reschedule due to a late arrival policy that is not stated anywhere on the website or in appointment confirmation emails. What made the situation worse was the way we were treated. When we arrived, the front desk associate did not greet us or speak to us at all—she simply got up and brought another employee over to tell us we had to reschedule. We took our boys for Christmas pictures. Ryan was our photographer and did a fantastic job! He took great pictures and captured different moments.

Absolutely would not recommend. The customer service is terrible, the quality is even worse, and to top it off, they overcharge you — only to then tell you refunds aren’t an option. I spoke with Bruce, the so-called “District Manager,” who was no help at all. His solution? Offering another session… why would I go through that again when the first experience was such a disappointment? Save your time and money.
