Our photographer was Alexia, and she was incredible! She helped put us in fun poses for the photos and created such a welcoming and warm environment for us that we just couldn't help but smile :]
Had an appointment for 10:15. Waited till 10:40, asked how much longer…was told an hour. Why even have an appointment?
I took family Christmas photos and never received a receipt like they said I would. Never got directions or order number on how to view my digital photo. Tried to contact them and every time I call no one answers. Very very upset. It’s past Christmas and still never received my photos
Had an appointment at 12:30, was asked to wait while they finished up a previous appointment. 90 minutes later I was told I still needed to wait and their policy was to “not give estimate time frames” on how long we’d have to wait. Ended up cancelling the appointment and leaving to take some pictures on our own.
