It was going to be $240 for 3 photos...
This studio is terrible. Biggest waste of time. Spent an extra $25 for a longer session. And they deleted all our photos and only gave us 18 photos to choose from. They made some excuse that you can only have 33 photos. Well then, what happened to the other 15 photos. Will never go back here. Folks, don’t waste your time, go some where else.
This used to be affordable. In fact last Christmas we did a shoot with 6 people and it was a reasonable price. Just me and my wife went back just now to do a fun little maternity shoot. Just 18 pictures and barely 10 minutes of shooting time and they charged us 220 dollars... I was expecting 90-100 dollars MAYBE! this shoot was much more than ours last year with 6 people. Where we would have been coming back time and time for an affordable shoot, now we will not be coming back and will just be hiring an actual photographer l... read more
These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful! They screwed up my son’s graduation pictures that I never received and kept hanging up on me when I I told her that I never received my pics and called several times now I rather have a refund. Not only that she said they do not do refunds but she was very disrespectful as a supervisor. Do not go here! Take your business elsewhere! Portraits are important to us!
Very disappointed. Been coming to jcpenney for years and was informed that the 6.99 deal is no longer allowed unless you purchase a bundle for $180 +. No where on the site does it say you have to buy a bundle for the price. Won't be coming back.
