These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful! They screwed up my son’s graduation pictures that I never received and kept hanging up on me when I I told her that I never received my pics and called several times now I rather have a refund. Not only that she said they do not do refunds but she was very disrespectful as a supervisor. Do not go here! Take your business elsewhere! Portraits are important to us!

Very disappointed. Been coming to jcpenney for years and was informed that the 6.99 deal is no longer allowed unless you purchase a bundle for $180 +. No where on the site does it say you have to buy a bundle for the price. Won't be coming back.

I was looking forward to having a nice holiday family picture with our 1 year old. The staff were really nice but the pictures that were taken were probably the worst pictures of us I have ever had. Some of the poses looked awkward and not flattering. I would almost save your money and put it towards a professional photographer that has an actual set.

Very disappointed with our Santa photo session. The photographer was inexperienced, struggled with her camera, and didn’t engage with my toddler at all. She missed multiple photo opportunities, even after I suggested ways to get my toddler’s attention. At one point she was on her phone, which was shocking and very unprofessional. We did not receive all of our photos to choose from. My children were extremely disappointed that their candid photos were withheld from us.
