Pretty terrible experience here. I had an appointment at 3:30 and got taken in at 5:00, waited a whopping 1hr and a half for a half effort headshot . Photographer was terrible with people and pictures were even worse. Felt like I got robbed of time and money.
Awful customer service. The "manager" probably needs a little more training in customer service, might be why her staff isnt well trained in that department either.
We have used this portrait studio for six years! Tabitha is who you want. She makes my kids smile and puts us all at ease. The pictures always turn out amazing! Thanks so much!
My photographer today was not good at kids. He told is that they could only ship the pic instead of printing it out for pick up. He forced us to pay for shipping.
