My pictures turned out ok, but there is nothing but children working at this location. They don’t know how to direct the photoshoot, they don’t know how or where to place the customers in the shot. She didn’t count us down before she took the pics, she was just snapping. They need to hire more professionals here at this location that actually know how to direct and use the camera. We take photoshoot last sunday and it was so overprice,and the lady said its free membership,but they charge me $39.99 for membership,and i pay the digital.copy but i cannot download all thw photos and its in the shutterfly lifetouch and it cost $99,but i already pay $129 for digital album.i dont wanna go back to this photoshop.!Im trying to call them but nobody answer.

Si tienes una cita no llegues a la hora porque le dan prioridad a los que llegan tarde. Llegue a las 6:05pm al igual que estas personas que desconozco la hora de su cita, pero ellas caminaron primero que yo y llegaron al escritorio primero, como soy una persona compasiva no encuentro problema porque no siempre se llega puntual, luego de más de 1:30h de espera a que ella decidiera atender a personas que llegaron tarde me dice que ya están cerrados y que no me pueden tomar las fotos del cumple años de mi hijo. I had high hopes for my baby's photo session, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Our session, scheduled for 1pm, didn’t begin until almost an hour later, which was tough for my baby who was getting sleepy and fussy by then. While the young lady assisting us was very sweet, she seemed inexperienced, which led to a lot of pauses and confusion during the session. Justin did an amazing job at taking our family pictures. We had a 6 month old with us and he made the process fun and enjoyable. He definitely made our weekend!
