We had 2 scheduled appointments about a week apart. I made these appointments for when the grandparents were visiting over the holidays and was a Christmas gift from us to get them Grandparent and Grandkid portraits. The first appointment did not go all that great. The girl took the minimum photos and did not try to engage the kids to get them smiling. We had an appointment and that time was completely ignored. No children before us, second appointment of the day. I had to pose three children completely by myself! I had to coordinate props, tell her when to take the pictures, all by myself. While wrangling kids. Once we were finished and captured one picture of each child and no good group shots, I had to deal with the disgusting smell of the man who works the front counter with zero deodorant. We had our family photos done today at 2:30 and we were told to expect 20-30 photos that we could choose from. About 5 minutes into our photo session another group arrived for photos. After maybe 10 photos the photographer, Steven, was done and ready to move on to the group that had just arrived. A group of 4 or 5 younger females.
