What a wast of money. Terrible shots. No effort was actually put into the pictures. Find a local photographer. Claudia was super rude and I feel purposefully didnt put any effort into the pictures. It was so much work getting my four kids dressed up and there only for it to be such a waste of time and money. Also there was no ac which made it even more miserable
I absolutely love getting my sons photos done at JCPenney, and the main reason is Carlos! He is an amazing photographer who consistently does outstanding work. Carlos is incredibly patient, professional, and pleasant to work with, which makes every photo session enjoyable and stress-free. We had such a wonderful experience with our maternity photoshoot! From start to finish, everything felt smooth, relaxed, and really special. I got better newborn photos on my iPhone and they charge an insane amount to put a horrid filter on all if the photos. It changed my baby's skin tone! We didn’t even get to pick the 20 photos we actually liked/ wanted.
