Terrible. They charged me a no show fee even though I was there and checked in. They were 20 minutes past my appointment time and I asked how long and they said another 5 or so minutes. I explained I can't wait longer and need to leave. They then sent me a no show fee. They can make you wait past your appointment and charge you for waiting on them. Ridiculous.

The bathrooms right outside the portrait studio in the JCPenney hallway, which portrait customers use, are nasty! Please clean them more often. The portraits are fine though.

Inexperienced photographer resulted in lost opportunities for some great photos. If he'd only said " tilt your chins down" we would have had more good pictures. The other photographer had more more experience and skill but we didn't get her.

Schedule appt at 4:00pm and was there an hour early. They still took other people that walked in. Terrible service, and I will never be going back!

We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. During our family photo shoot she had us placed in the oddest positions. I trusted her 'expertise '. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the final result. We have weird elbows on shoulders and cringe worthy hand holding like something from napoleon dynamite or the 80s. Only 1/3 of the photos are decent enough to print and that's being generous. She even thought it was funny to snap a photo of us as I was correcting a kid. I guess we got what we... read more
