George was our photographer and he did a wonderful job. We went for a newborn session and he advised we come in a half hour before our session to change her outfit and feed her (this was in hopes she would fall asleep). He patiently let us try to get her to sleep even though it meant us going past our scheduled studio time. He was wonderful to work with and communicated clearly during the session so we could get the best images possible. We opted for the digital album plus an ornament and ended up paying about $170 for that.

Had family pictures taken in the photo studio. We arrived on time and yet they RUSHED us through the process. The pictures were terrible. We received no direction while taking the photos, were not given advice to turn our heads, adjust, etc so the posing would look good. Almost all the pictures of my son he look like we just told him grandma & grandpa died. I've used JcP St. Cloud for my kids yearly portraits for 7 years. They are decent quality, the sessions can be rushed and they spend 15 minutes with you to up-sell prints and products. The prices have been increasing and the deals have been shrinking. During COVID we received a cancellation for a session as we were driving to the studio, as nobody showed up for work that day, and someone from another store was calling us to notify.
