Was a bit dissapted that the photographer didn't explain all my options before checking me out. Could have gotten two additional shots instead of just one for the same price, apparently.

The photographer, Tori, was absolutely fabulous. We had a 3 generations photoshoot with my mother, my son and I. All the photos came out great. I would definitely recommend Tori and JCPenney portraits for all your photo shoots!

If you don’t have a coupon code, you are overpaying for poorly edited photos. There were still fingers in the corner of my shots and blurry faces! Lifetouch does nothing to remedy the situation either. We booked at 11 (opening slot) and there were also three other families there for one studio definitely overbooked , One extra star from friendly staff at least.

Showed up for our 4:00 appt was told it was going to be a 40 min wait because they were behind we were okay with that and browsed around the mall till we came back only to realize they wanted us to wait ANOTHER 40 min because they were still behind I know things happen but phone calls should have been made, appts should have been rescheduled. Just zero common courtesy, we ended up having to cancel after continuously waiting as we had other things to get to.

Wasn't impressed by this location. Went before Xmas time and he was really quick. Didn't take very many pictures. He did a good job of correcting our limbs or clothes but we were rushed. Said he had ppl after us. So I didn't get all the pictures or kids pictures that I wanted to get. After we left we browsed in the store for a few and we saw him leave to his car. No one was scheduled after us. Pictures came out fine but was hoping to get a variety
