JC Penney Portraits at Aventura needs improvement in both staffing and time management. We had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, but were not greeted upon arrival. About 30 minutes later, a visibly overwhelmed photographer came out and let us know she would be with us. The photographer was handling multiple roles at once—greeting, sales, and photography—which significantly slowed the process. Manager is very rude
Worst experience ever, was conned and the manager refused to even listen to us. Continuously talking over us and refused to listen when we explained a return that was needed. DO NOT GO WE WILL BE FILING A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT.
