Appointment time was 12:30. Didn't get in for photos until 2pm. Wish I had checked here before booking. Looks like a frequent problem. Whomever runs this needs to take a serious look at how you are managing appointments.
My appointment was confirmed via both text and email, yet it was canceled at 6:30 PM the night before without my knowledge. I later received an email saying it was canceled for a “no-show,” even though the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM the next day. I was told the cancellation happened because I didn’t answer a phone call, but no voicemail was left. I booked a family holiday photo session two months in advance and, at the time of booking, clearly informed the store associate that I wanted one outfit change. On Friday, December 19, I arrived for my scheduled appointment and informed the associate that I planned to use two backgrounds for my second outfit. "if you are more than ten minutes late, we will cancel your appointment. But once you check in, there will be an hour wait" "an hour wait?" "yes, because we have a full schedule" Isn't the schedule there so that everything runs on time?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say DO NOT go to this location! We have been getting our photos done for over 2 years now. This manager decided to make her own rules up and state there are no outfit changes on the weekends due to being completely booked. We booked out appt weeks in advance and pay for 15 minutes to do what we want for our pictures. Still being very rude and aggressive was stating we could not do an outfit changes.
