Took my daughter this week and had an amazing experience. Noni took her pictures and she was an excellent photographer. She was very patient with my daughter and super creative with photo ideas. Thank you Noni! We will be back soon!

Sunday June 8th 2025 the lady who worked that day..was awful on the phone to me. Very rude and when I came to the comments exactly what expected...horrible reviews. People don't come here..this young lady is awful...I have decided to go somewhere else to get my pictures done for my daughter. The wait times are insane. In Dec I had waited over 2 hrs with 2 toddlers. The wait was so crazy I went downstairs to the mall got pictures taken with Santa and got them developed before we got back to wait again for them to take their pictures. I thought I'd give them a second chance. Needless to say another hour wait with no one in the waiting room 1 worker. I had a scheduled appt. She did check in then took pictures and then had to edit them then show them. Instead of 2 people working would cut that time in half. Not ever... read more

The wait times are Absolutley horrible even with a reservation. We arrived and checked I nearly and were taken back to do pictures an hour and a half AFTER our scheduled appointment time! Apparently this is an ongoing issue based on other reviews. Despite the lack of respect towards scheduled appointments, the two photographers that were working were very kind and professional. Alisha is stellar with children. The kindness of the photographers is the only reason I did not give 1 Star. They are true professionals.
