If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say DO NOT go to this location! We have been getting our photos done for over 2 years now. This manager decided to make her own rules up and state there are no outfit changes on the weekends due to being completely booked. We booked out appt weeks in advance and pay for 15 minutes to do what we want for our pictures. Still being very rude and aggressive was stating we could not do an outfit changes. Just from the reviews alone I will not be coming here to get my kids picture taken! I don’t know how they are still in business treating people horribly and making them wait
We had to wait for about 20 mins for our appointment, but Noni was great! We wanted to take awkward family portraits and she was down for all of our ideas. She had a fun energy and we got some good pics out of it!
I came in expecting the worst experience based on the reviews. I expected terrible service and a LONG wait. Although the wait was long, over an hour past our appointment, the service was very good. There was ONLY ONE employee working customer service, taking pictures, editing and reviewing & ordering with customers 😮💨. It's terrible to see that this company puts SO much on one employee.
