Booked for an 11:45 was called and asked if I could come at 11:15. I politely declined because I booked for the time I needed. I arrived before my appointment and still had to wait over an hour to take my pictures. I do not recommend this place at all. This was not a good experience for me and my family as this was our first time taking family photos
Our photographer Camille went above and beyond to make our Valentine’s Day photos special. She was the only one working that day taking photos, editing, and checking people out. Camille stayed past closing to get our photos in and I’m really grateful to her! The photos came out great and we couldn’t be happier with them. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the unacceptable decision by management to staff only one person on one of the busiest days for taking photos.
Booked appointment for 3:30, they called around 7pm the night before to let us know they were changing our appointment to 4. We showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment the following day and are still currently sitting here waiting and it’s going for 6pm. We were told by the employee here that it’s the managers fault, and the manager left at 3pm. Save yourself the time and headache and hire a local photographer who takes pride in their work.
Appointment time was 12:30. Didn't get in for photos until 2pm. Wish I had checked here before booking. Looks like a frequent problem. Whomever runs this needs to take a serious look at how you are managing appointments.
My appointment was confirmed via both text and email, yet it was canceled at 6:30 PM the night before without my knowledge. I later received an email saying it was canceled for a “no-show,” even though the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM the next day. I was told the cancellation happened because I didn’t answer a phone call, but no voicemail was left.
