So my daughter had an appointment at 1 PM for graduation photos we get there and the lady behind the desk has her hand on her head, and with an attitude says, “may I help you” but she said it very rudely. Had an appt at 11:45 showed up at 11:35 and still had to wait over an hour. We left due to their lack of proper communication, customer service, and poor time management. Huge let down.
I scheduled an appointment with JCPenney portrait studio to have pictures taken with my daughter for Mother’s Day. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I was so excited and looking forward to this special moment. The day before my appointment was when I also found out I’m having a baby girl so it added to the sentiment. We did the awkward photoshoot and it was so fun! Camile really did a good job helping our vision come together. She was very patient with us lol. I do feel like they need a receptionist so the photographer can just focus on taking the pictures.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My baby’s photoshoot was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get started until around 4:30 ish. By that time, my baby was tired, which completely affected the quality of the photos. This was especially important because this was my baby’s 1st birthday photoshoot, and you only get that moment once.
