Had an appointment today, and we were 6 min late. The guy attending was so adamant not to shoot us. No one else was there waiting. We were the only ones. We requested multiple times to cut our shoot time with 6 min , but he did not buzzed, intact he kept waisting our time till 6 min went to 15 min and then he said, now there is absolutely no options on table. The staff member is doing god job, however looks like short staffed and running behind schedules.

This is one of the worst places to go for a photo shoot. Mikayla and Elizebeth are very rude and don’t know how to deal with customers. Never ever going back to this place. Don’t waste your money and time.

I had an incredibly disgusting experience at this facility due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Michael. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM, but when I arrived, the mall was still closed. A security guard had to unlock the main doors, and when I reached the JCPenney doors, they were also locked. I called the portrait studio to request assistance, and Michael answered the phone, immediately snapping at me.
