I still haven’t received the physical photo copies I paid for I took Christmas photos here people where great and friendly but it’s almost March and I still haven’t received those photos that total was 200 almost 300 I really hope I get them cuz that was a lot of money I tried contacting no answer.

They did a great job with our baby Christmas photos. I guess it depends on who the photographers are that day. We had one of the same ones at the round rock location for newborn photos and they turned out really good too.

We had another family photo shoot but decided to go to a different location due to the past experience at RR. What a mistake! Seems like each time we come for photos, we are offered less photos. We had an appointment at 4pm which we showed up a little early for and had to wait until 4:30pm to be photographed. The staff were very nice and brought us a toy and a coloring book for our son as he was getting antsy. The photoshoot itself was decent. Amateur hour, go elsewhere. Bad experience. Bad photos. Our session started late. I asked to prioritize the non-holiday portrait, that was ignored. The non-holiday photos look horrible. Wrinkly background, crooked shots, awkward poses. At one point, I had to show the photographer how his software works.

Julian was amazing! My son and I had such a good time taking Christmas photos! Julian made it fun and handled everything by himself this morning as his coworker didn’t show and he did a terrific job of handling it. Get your photos with Julian! You won’t regret it!
