Please do not visit this place if you are looking for quality service. I had an appointment today 6/29 @12pm for my son’s 9month photos. A great memory completely ruined. We arrived 10mins early. We were greeted by Tina. We then waited 30min past our scheduled appointment time to take photos. With a baby you can understand how challenging this can be, they get antsy the longer you just wait and sit around. This is why i scheduled an appointment to plan his nap and feedings accordingly. My family and I just took photos here and walked away with nothing. Kailey/Calie, however you spell your name, was our photographer's name and she was horrible. She does not pose you, just tells you where to stand. We have always had professional photographers for family photos and the experience is completely different. When we saw the pictures, there was one picture where my eyes were completely closed, and others where my eyes were half open. My wife was never big on putting family pictures in our home. About 5 years ago we started going to the JCP photo studio. The pictures are always amazing, especially the large canvas and metal pictures. Tina does a great job with kids. Now today we don't have a free wall in the home, and this comes from persnickety wife who is also an artist, so I guess she approves too. Haha. Every bit as good as going to the name brand professional studios and paying over $1000.
