This was so fun. The woman that was the photographer was incredible with my 4 year old. Kept his attention and he loved it. Pictures came out so cute! She did an amazing job.

Mindy at JCP Photo Studios Southland was awesome! We did a dog photo shoot and had a groupon that came with one photo and one canvas. I also wanted the photos to be 90s corny. Our dogs were very nervous and had A LOT of energy. I was worried we would not get a good photo because they would not sit still. BUT Mindy was able to capture GREAT photos of our pups and us in the fun poses we all see online! We ended up buying the digital album because we could not pick our favorites! Thanks so much Mindy!

1/3 of my pictures got lost. I didn't get everything I ordered and the metal print i did get was damaged. I called them and told them I was missing a bunch of photos from the electric album was told I'd get a call back and resolution but never did. SRSLY DON'T GO HERE.

If I could give 0 rating I would. Worst and laziest employees ever! They make up policies that don't exist so that they can weed out people who show up five minutes late for their appointment so they can get "back on schedule". Then they allow customers to do outfit changes without booking an additional appointment during peak season. (A policy I was told was in effect when I asked for my family to have an outfit change a couple of years ago.) Then they say they are going to fit us in when an appointment no showed.
