If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I had my maternity photos taken over a month ago. These photos were incredibly meaningful to my family, as this is our first child after four years of infertility, and they were the only professional photos we planned to take during my pregnancy. To date, I have received only one image. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but no one has been able to provide a solution. I made an appointment online, thought it went through, but the confirmation email never arrived in my inbox. On the website it showed me having the appointment at the time of making it. I get these things happen with technology, maybe the system glitched or I did something wrong. But when I showed up to my appointment, front desk employee was rude. As if I would have gone to all that effort to prep for pictures, clearly dressed nicely with hair/makeup and attempt a walk in and lie about booking something. I will be looking f... read more
Our photographer, Shyni, was very helpful and made the experience fun and easy. She was professional, helped us with poses, and made sure that we left with good photos. NOTE: make sure you have a coupon ready to go, the cheapest session without the graduation coupon (for two people) was ~$350 for an 18 photo digital gallery. With the coupon it was ~$120. Additionally, you can download the photos from the digital gallery, but it is difficult on mobile.
0 stars. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Natasha was my photographer, and she did nothing to help position my baby the entire session. I called JCPenney twice beforehand and left a note clearly stating my daughter cannot sit up on her own. I also said I dislike brown and asked if I needed to bring props. I was told they would have something appropriate for her to lay on. I show up and the only option is a brown basket. (There was a beanbag I saw hanging, but she was not allowed to use it!)
