0 stars. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Natasha was my photographer, and she did nothing to help position my baby the entire session. I called JCPenney twice beforehand and left a note clearly stating my daughter cannot sit up on her own. I also said I dislike brown and asked if I needed to bring props. I was told they would have something appropriate for her to lay on. I show up and the only option is a brown basket. (There was a beanbag I saw hanging, but she was not allowed to use it!) We did the pictures with the Easter bunny this year. We booked for 5 PM on a Saturday and surprisingly there wasn’t much of a wait. I did pictures for my five-year-old niece and five month old daughter. The photographer Shyni, was very professional and took her time. Shyni was able to get amazing pictures of the kids! The lady inside the Easter bunny costume was respectful of the boundaries I set prior to taking the pictures. tdlr; This place has a very rude employee who does not understand the promotions offered by her own company and will basically force you to purchase one of their big packages to get any of the photos. We wont be returning for any future sessions. After a miserable session of trying to get 2 year olds to pose for birthday photos, we reviewed our photos and realized there were only like 3 photos we could actually use/liked. They guided us with poses, made me feel confident, and truly cared about making sure I loved my photos. I’m so grateful for such a smooth and memorable first experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again! ( and they most definitely did not rush us)

We had our family portraits done again last week at this studio. Venus the photographer is absolutely awesome and we had a wonderful experience there!! The front desk clerk Jackson is also great very patient with my choosing photos and putting together the postcards!! You made our holiday photo shoot fun! Highly recommend! Happy New Years!!!
