Service has went downhill.
I usually use JCPENNEY portraits foe our photos, My pictures were ok this time, I paid like 150 and had about 23 pictures taken, 4 were ok, maybe 2 good and 1 great of the 23. The photographer was nice and a sweetheart, I believe she tried but the pictures didn't come out good there were pictures where my outfit was messed up. I was the last appointment but it was extremely busy when we arrived so it could be they were tired, I recommend not to take the last appointment and maybe ask to see the picture after each shot to see... read more
NEVER again and I mean NEVER!!! What a rip off and lousy customer service.
