Honestly, I’ve been so impressed with the team at this location! A special shoutout to Erin, who went above and beyond to make my toddler smile, made sure my clothes were looking good, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. We’ve come here a handful of times and worked with other photographers as well—each one has been solid. I had an amazing experience with this photographer named Erynne! She was so nice and truly went above and beyond for our photoshoot. She was patient, helpful, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. And the pictures came out so good — better than I expected. I really appreciate her effort and her energy. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great photos and a great experience!
This review is for JCPenney portraits at Mall of GA. To start making an appointment is useless because they do not honor your appointment time and treat everyone as walk ins. So you don’t get to take pictures at your reserved time, it is just first come first serve which means it is a waste of time reserving online with your card. The camera man did a really good job so he would get a 5 star review.
Outside photography
I'm only giving 2 stars because the photographer was nice and did an okay job. Otherwise I would just leave 1 but mostly because of my after session experience with LifeTouch. Was a nightmare getting my digital photos because they saved my session under the wrong information. I probably talked to at least 4 different people via chat over the course of 2 weeks. I will never use JCP again because they use LifeTouch. And honestly the photos are fine but are pretty generic.
