Really unpleasant experience. You feel like such a bother the second you arrive, until the second you leave. They truly can’t wait to get you out of there. They rush & the pictures came out barely decent. When a child is young, they need to be guided throughout the picture taking process. This unfortunately didn’t happen & I could tell immediately my daughter felt uncomfortable. $100 for pictures that are not even edited?? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Could’ve taken better pictures off my iPhone, that’s the honest truth.

Visited the studio today. Gave the photo Assistant named Joy my coupon code that was posted on the JC penny website. After Joy checked me out I realized she did not give me the entire benefit of the coupon, a free photo. When I realized what happened and told them about it, I was told nothing could be done as I already checked out; even though it was the employees fault. I had a Christmas photo session yesterday and the service was horrible. The place was filthy and the staff was so unprofessional. Manager Elaina Joy and photographer Gonzalo were rushing us and were careless about the quality of the pictures. They had a "whatever" attitude. Look at how the manager dressed, doesn't even care about wearing shoes at the workplace.
