Lorena was our Photographer today. She was absolutely wonderful. Kind, professional, and really owns her craft. Not only was she helpful with poses, but most importantly for me, she was amazing with my dogs. I went through the hardest year of my life this year, and this photography session with my little family meant everything in the world to me . Horrible My family recently had our first-ever family photoshoot scheduled for 6:15 p.m., and it turned into a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were told that Corporate had overbooked the studio and our appointment would be delayed by an hour. No one contacted us in advance. Our session did not end until after 9:00 p.m. Because of this extreme delay, our 1-year-old child became overtired, hungry, and cranky, which negatively impacted the session. If I could give 0 rating I would. Worst and laziest employees ever! They make up policies that don't exist so that they can weed out people who show up five minutes late for their appointment so they can get "back on schedule". Then they allow customers to do outfit changes without booking an additional appointment during peak season. (A policy I was told was in effect when I asked for my family to have an outfit change a couple of years ago.) Then they say they are going to fit us in when an appointment no showed.
