After reading all the reviews i was scared to take my newborn but we booked a session and honestly best decision ever. Gonzalo was AMAZING and super super Patient with us and our babygirl. Pictures came out sooo beautiful we had to get them all lol. Thank you gonzalo!!
Just came here to tell all the young moms with littles to save yourself the absolute headache of getting photos here just for the sake of affordability. There is a reason it's so cheap. Got my three littles ready this morning and on time to our 11am appt. A whole family ahead of us hadn't even started. No apology from the staff. Hardly any communication at all. Really unpleasant experience. You feel like such a bother the second you arrive, until the second you leave. They truly can’t wait to get you out of there. They rush & the pictures came out barely decent. When a child is young, they need to be guided throughout the picture taking process. This unfortunately didn’t happen & I could tell immediately my daughter felt uncomfortable. $100 for pictures that are not even edited?? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Could’ve taken better pictures off my iPhone, that’s the honest truth.
Visited the studio today. Gave the photo Assistant named Joy my coupon code that was posted on the JC penny website. After Joy checked me out I realized she did not give me the entire benefit of the coupon, a free photo. When I realized what happened and told them about it, I was told nothing could be done as I already checked out; even though it was the employees fault.
