The staff is awesome. They took wonderful pictures for our family. We’ve been here a bunch of times.
I had Nellie do cringe photos for me and my significant other to hang in our house. We loved her energy. She was fast efficient and fun to work with. I'd do this again.
So very disappointed with the quality of the session this year. We have had photos taken at JCP for 8 years and this year was terrible. Photographer took far fewer pictures than in previous years and didn't seem to care if anyone was smiling or ready for the photo to be taken. When reviewing and asked about poses that were missing we were told he either didn't get them or they were over the limit of photos.
