I am so happy with how this studio treated me and my pet when I visited. The staff was very attentive and professional helping me pose with my puppy and taking the cutest pictures. being shown all the fun edits made me feel like I had more pictures to pick from also. I was shown a coupon online that saved me a bunch of money so thank you so much for that. I normally pay so much for a private photographer but will definitely be bringing my family here next time to get some better savings.
Extremely disappointed. Our session started over 30 minutes late, and the studio was obviously overbooked and overwhelmed. The actual photos were amateurish and careless—the photographer didn't tighten the backgrounds or crop correctly, leaving studio walls, floor molding, and equipment visible in the shots. We paid for professional portraits but received sloppy images that look like behind-the-scenes test shots.
Couldn’t be more disappointed in our experience. We were 20 minutes early for our appointment. We made the staff aware that my niece is autistic and can’t wait around very long due to sensory issues. Our appointment was at seven. We didn’t go back until 7:45.. By then my niece was way too overstimulated And we were not able to calm her down to get her to take photos with us. Although they were packed and I really wish they would have told me before hand I’d have a 30 minute wait- purely just so I could have fed and had my youngest more picture ready lol. As a mama of multiples it sucks having to entertain young kids for 30-40 minutes before pictures. But our photographer, Sky did AMAZING with all 3 of our kids including my hangry 1 year old.
