I have taken both my kids here for their 1st birthday pics.. each time was a good experience. We recently had pics taken by Max & they came out great. He kept the kids engaged. All of the images are digital & you can purchase them off shutterfly. It was a little pricey ($200) to revive the images.. but we did receive a free photo of our choice which was great.

I booked a couples photo shoot for myself and my wife, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. In the two days leading up to the appointment, they called me at least ten times trying to change the scheduled time. Then, on the actual day of the shoot, they called again asking us to come back at the original time. When we arrived, the session felt extremely rushed. They advertise a 90-minute shoot, but in reality, we only received about 15 minutes. The photographer rushed us through poses without taking the time... read more

Eric, the photographer was very patient despite the long hours he was continuing to work due to long lines during holiday season. He was kind, friendly and personable at the extreme busy season changing the experience that we least expected. Also the pictures were good and he engaged the kids well and we got good pictures. I highly recommend.
