I recently came in for professional headshots & Jessie was so kind and very informative on options afterward. Would definitely return for my future photography needs!
maybe i’m just dense or something but why were the cost of photos a down payment to a car? we loved our photographer archie but their manager was being so rude to them right in front of us. pros: communicated where to park beforehand, archie, accommodating to one of our friends being 5 mins late cons: cost, chaotic lobby, management
Our photographer Amir was wonderful in helping us capture the photoshoot we had envisioned. With a group of seven it wasn’t simple, but he worked so well with us and the posing ideas and we had. I’m really glad we had him as our photographer!
Do not recommend. I went for a professional headshot and spent about 10 minutes having photos taken before being shown my options. I picked a few and asked about retouching/editing the glare of the flash in my glasses (which was present in every photo) and was told that that wasn't offered, asked if my company did its own retouching, and then told I could maybe edit it out on my phone. I was baffled and for some reason paid for a phot anyway, but it's not usable. It was all very rushed.
Our photographer Jessie was great, but the employee in charge of showing our photos to us was awful. We sat in the lobby over an hour after our session to not even be acknowledged with a hello. When the photographer had spare time, she came out to show us our portraits. At this point, with three toddlers in tow, I felt rushed and not like I had proper time to look at all my options.
