The lady was so nice sorry for the negative review the thing is kind of a rip off you pay almost 400 that’s not even the most expensive packet.. get 15 mins not even a lot of photos like 30 they rush you and my photos weren’t good they were blurry and bad quality it looked like I took them in my house. You do not get what you pay for at all it’s like sort of a scam like I said. Jessie was so good with our 3 and 1 year old. She made it so fun for our 3 year old and managed to get our 1 year old to hold still and crack a smile! She was very helpful with the background selections and made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you Jessie! We came in with a Groupon and didn’t feel pressured to purchase the extras. I would come back again!
I am beyond livid. My daughter's first birthday pictures were November 1st. The pictures were blurry, and there weren't that many of them. I was so upset, I tried to get a refund. They offered $30. I tried to dispute with my bank, but they sent the verifications to the wrong address. So I had to call back, and they gave to same BS excuse. We called Jcpenney directly, and we only got half back for what we paid. I will NEVER go back again. Ever. We have been loyal customers for 8 years, but never again.
Great experience, photographer was super interactive with our newborn but not worth the price with the small amount of digital photos you get.
Unorganized, chaotic. Had an appointment but didn’t even stay to get my pictures done - staff too busy talking with each other to assist.
