Robin was great! She was very patient with our infant, and her cheerful personality made the whole photo shoot a great experience. The studio was a little hot inside, but since the session wasn’t too long, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we had a great experience!

Had photos taken for headshots and for the holidays to use on Christmas cards this year. The photographer was great and very easy to work with. The photos came out very well.

Booked an infant photo session and waited over an hour and left without being photographed. Customer service was terrible and I will not return

If I could give JcPenney portraits a zero rating at this point I would. I usually do not even post reviews; however, the experience has been so terrible. I took my son to get senior pictures because JCPenney advertised a graduation package. It was disappointing during the session that they had zero backgrounds specific to graduates and zero props to use. I was thinking they would at minimum have a 2025 year prop.
