Great studio! Stephanie was very friendly & full of happy energy. There were a few pics I wasn’t happy with because of my hair, of course..ha. She kindly retook them & the pics turned out nice! Thanks again.
Horrible experience, from my phone way better . Just wasted $200 for bad family pictures I thought it’s gonna be done professionally .
Not a good experience. Scheduled for 11:15-11:45 and did not get started till 11:30. There's no AC and because it was so hot my baby got overheated. Received 25 photos which included duplicates and collages so we only got around 15 different photos. Some of the photo "enhancements" blurred our faces. They did not adjust a flyaway hair and most of my photos look off with the hair issue and they could have just adjusted my hair and the photos would've looked nicer. I had an amazing experience with Stephanie as my photographer. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable with her friendly and professional attitude. Her great sense of humor made the session fun and relaxed, and she truly went above and beyond to make my shoot special. Stephanie was absolutely amazing with us. We went in to do the awkward JCPenny photoshoot we had seen on TikTok and they came out even better then we expected. We showed her a few poses that we wanted to recreate and she nailed it. She also had a few extra funny poses that she had us add to our list. She helped show us exactly how to pose to get the pictures just right. I highly recommend asking for her if you want to do the same thing.
