I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at JCPenney Portraits. The quality of the photos was far below what I expected from a professional photography studio. Many of the images were blurry, out of focus, and simply not up to the standard that customers should receive when paying for professional portraits. Maria is the best photographer!!! She’s so patient and funny. Her customer service is amazing. I love coming here to get our family pictures taken because of our experience with her.
Maria and Kimera were so patient with us, they provided us with exceptional service during a very busy Saturday during the holidays. We had lots of fun and ordered exactly what we needed without feeling pressured. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would return.
