had a very crappy experience. We were on time for appointment and we had to wait for two other families to go before it was our time. Luckily my toddler was napping so this wasn’t a complete disaster. Our photographer. Rachel was very nice. I have no complaints about her, however, the sales rep afterward I have a few complaints about. I’m not sure if this was her fault or the management fault but we waited close to an hour if not more before we were able to review our photos and then whenever we get to review our photos. I hate this place because it is so slow and they make you wait let say that your appointment is at 4 and then your appointment is at 5 and that is a waste of time and I hope your place shut down.😡
