Appointment was for 3:15. It's now 4 and we are still waiting. Can't imagine how the rest of this experience will go. Seems like a bad idea to even wait. Good luck to future people that want to try this place.

I've tried to schedule a photo session twice and both times they've been cancelled with no explanation. I do not recommend working with this place, they are unprofessional and a waste of time.

The photographer was great. The return process for JC Penney's portraits is absolutely ridiculous,my photos were damaged which is a pain enough but now I have to provide proof to get new prints. This whole process is cumbersome. I will complete it but I spent over 15 minutes getting ahold of someone and now I have to go home and destroy the damaged pictures even more, take pictures and email it back. Believe it or not with 3 kids I have much better things to do with my time. I will no longer be using jcp portraits.

I've taken my grandbabies here for 8 years and this time was the last time. I give this studio 2 stars because they gave a military discount and the prices were affordable. The experience overall with the manager, one star. The service given by the studio manager year after year is bad. Sandy is NOT good with children. She is impatient and demanding with them.
