Amazing experience, quite professional and very attentive to detail!
I had a wonderful experience at JCPenney’s photo studio with Nya. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took her time to help me without making me feel rushed. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she showed. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
They NEVER answer the phone and when they do they forget that you’re on hold!
