This was a fantastic, affordable location for professional headshots! The staff were very welcoming and prompt. I would recommend showing up early so you have time to choose your backgrounds and provide any coupon codes (if you are using one.) I was able to get multiple high quality photos with different backgrounds and the photos were sent digitally that afternoon!

I had a great experience. I was running behind and they still serviced me as if I was on time. I didn’t have to wait. The young lady Kate I spoke with the day before honored my customer appreciation despite the system not picking it up when I scheduled the session. Not only that Kate was very great at getting my daughter to smile on every picture ( I have an autistic child and it is extremely difficult to get her to participate and stay still). This was the 3rd and last year that I will waste my time and money. This was by far the worse year. The photographer didn’t seem comfortable at all and I felt very rushed. Seemed very inexperienced. At the end, we had very little options to choose from and I’ve never been more upset. She was so busy trying to sell a bundle that she did not care about me vocalizing my dislike for the photos. $270 dollars for pictures that if I want to print I still need to pay $6 dollars each. The biggest ripoff ever. And the pictures don't look neat at all. Don't go there!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. It was the most unprofessional studio I ever been too. Upon arriving, after driving 3 hours and making it just in time ; staff told me I was late. I was already waiting in line when my “grace period happened” and I was told I had to have my appointment rescheduled. Not only was it packed , it was over booked. There was so many people there , I was never going to be seen at my appointment but to be there and on time and handled in a rude and disrespectful was absurd.
