If I could give no stars I would. I went in on a Monday and purchased the 2 year membership because I wanted to take monthly photos of my 4 month baby, I also scheduled to do a photo session the same week Thursday. Photographer Lydia was horrible at helping me choose a package that fit my budget and only said the 3 options that were available to buy were the 3 most expensive packages. She repeatedly denied to show me cheaper options and insisted I buy an expensive package. I even asked if I could just buy the digital by itse... read more
Wish I could give this zero stars! My 3 boys took a photoshoot here with the manager today and was worst! Start to finish unhappy with photos, customer service, overall experience. It was very rushed and I regret paying for these. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. & I WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Photographer was super patient and pics came out great.
