Never going back. The cost was close to $300 and the photographer took 11 photos! Two of the photos, I had to photoshop because the photographer did not do their job in telling us to adjust a tie or fix elements that wouldn't make for a good photo. I work with many photographers professionally and this was just bad. The photographer experienced some issues due to lack of experience, which extended wait times. When it was all said and done, only three photos turned out (two of which I fixed in post). $30 per photo is crazy!
Where do i start? I got about 3 phone calls to confirm the appointment and each time I was asked to come in 10-15 min earlier but the last phone call I was asked to come in 25 min earlier due to the bookings the night before. I am sorry but if I make any appointment at a certain time that means that’s the time I can come. Also, to be fair I booked my appointment well ahead of time therefore I knew what time worked best for my family. Purchase a Groupon and came in for some family photos with my 2 month old and it was a great experience. Ken was accommodating and quick! No issues honoring and adjusting our purchase with the Groupon. Will definitely return for future photos.
I’d like to say that the woman I worked with was very nice but up charged us for an edited photo which I specifically said I did not want any edits or touch ups. Overall the experience was off putting. I got there early and didn’t end up getting started until 10 minutes after my original appointment. Don’t call them, they will give you several different answers about their policies. I was interested in the membership but the associate didn’t even bother to bring it up.
